Pinnacle Real Estate Growth Fund, LLC is a Regulation D 506c fund.  A 506c fund falls under the umbrella of the SEC requiring all investors be accredited in order to invest. (An accredited investor is defined as an individual who has an income of $200k per year or with a spouse have a combined income of $300k per year, or a net worth of $1 Million dollars.)  This net worth can be calculated using all retirement funds, all investments including all real estate with the exception of your homestead. 

PRGF is professionally managed and specializes in the purchase, sale, and rental of Single Family Residents, Multi-Family Apartments,  and Commercial Real Estate.  PRGF will also be diversified in its investment approach by originating, purchasing, and selling real estate notes along with providing capital to investors rehabbing and renting properties.
