Pinnacle Real Estate Growth Fund began as a vision by its founder and fund manager Kevin Sanders in 2014. The initial vision for this fund was to provide capital for investors to fix and flip houses.  Over the next several years the vision for the fund became much more than just a place where fix and flip professionals could borrow money for their projects.  Mr. Sanders quickly realized there needed to be more diversification in the fund to help mitigate risk and increase returns for the investors.

 

PRGF's diversification now goes beyond private lending where it also focuses on purchasing discounted fix and flip properties, creating rental income through single family homes and multi-family apartments along with originating, purchasing, and selling real estate notes. This diversified approach to real estate investing accomplishes three key items all investors want and three key items we feel will make the fund successful.
