Pinnacle Real Estate Growth Fund began as a vision by its founder and fund manager Kevin Sanders to provide capital for investors to fix and flip houses. Mr. Sanders realized additional diversification in the fund would help mitigate risk for investors and increase returns. 

PRGF's diversification now goes beyond private lending where it also focuses on purchasing discounted fix and flip properties, creating rental income through single family homes and multi-family apartments along with originating, purchasing, and selling real estate notes.
